Day Trip to Richmond’s Agecroft Hall & the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, February 5th

Join us for a Day Trip to Richmond’s Agecroft Hall (agecrofthall.org)!

Agecroft Hall is an English Tudor manor house of the Stuart period that stood during the time of Henry VIII, Elizabeth I, and James I. A snack will be offered, along with a bottle of water on the bus. You can bring a packed lunch, if desired. We will have a one-hour tour.

From Agecroft Hall, we will visit the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts (vmfa.org) and stop for lunch at the museum’s restaurant, Amuse. After lunch, participants can visit a collection of Russian, American, and European masterpieces. For a small fee ($12) to the museum, there is an exhibit that includes the American artist, Edward Hopper’s work. The gift shop offers distinctive and creative gifts.

Cost: $50.00 per person (includes transportation/tour). Trips must be paid two weeks in advance (by January 29th) so that we can finalize plans.
